I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, certified by Pure Vitality University. My mission is to bring a message of truth and hope that is counter-cultural.

I want to expose the lies of the enemy that are keeping God’s highest creation sick and unable to thrive. I believe in John 10:10 “The thief comes only to kill and steal and destroy; I have come to have life and have it to the full.”

My passion to help others thrive in their health came from my own journey. Between an ovarian cancer diagnosis at the young age of 26 and years later I had chronic fatigue, major gut issues, and daily headaches to name a few, finding medical direction that sought after the root cause, seemed few and far between.

Instead, I found bandages for symptoms and doom and gloom around each medical corner. So, I dove in myself! The information I learned ignited a passion in me!

My journey opened my eyes to so many others who are sick and tired and needed answers and hope too. God designed our bodies to heal, and He designed us to live abundantly, our health included.
